Most items are shipped FedEx 2nd Day. Overnight and US Postal Service are also available upon request.

It is our commitment to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive any item(s) that is not as represented, please make us aware of the issue within 7 business days of receiving the item(s). We will do everything within reason to correct the error. If your item(s) should need repair within the first 30 days of receipt (and the damage is not a result of customer neglect), please contact Gem Shopping Customer Service (770-814-0773) immediately so we can arrange for pickup.

Return Instructions
Should an item need to be returned, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number within seven days of receipt. NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER or if the returned item is received in excess of 30 days after receipt by the customer. Also, NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE SALES TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all: Custom Orders, Stone Mountings and Product Alterations (including sizings) that are returned. The restocking fee will not exceed $200 per item.

If your merchandise arrives damaged in any way, it must be investigated by the carrier. Please call Gem Shopping Customer Service (770-814-0773) immediately so we can initiate a claim. You MUST keep all packing materials "as is" for proper inspection. After a Return Authorization has been issued to you from Customer Service, you must include a copy of the inspection by the carrier along with the item.

Should you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Service immediately. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Please write the number on the outside of your box and on the Invoice and return the item in its original condition. Gem Shopping Network™ makes every effort to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we reserve the right to restrict the purchasing privileges of anyone who abuses our return policy or has an unacceptable cancellation rate.


Credit for Returned Merchandise
We make every effort to issue refunds in a timely manner. Much of our merchandise, however, is comprised of one-of-a kind items, and each gem is unique in terms of cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Due to inspection processes that may be required and outside suppliers that may be involved, credits may take up to two billing cycles (after the item is received by Gem Shopping Network) to appear on your credit card statement.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The policies set forth in this agreement govern the use of Gem Shopping Network’s Gift Card Program:
  • There are four gift card denominations: $25, $50, $100 and $500.
  • Customers may purchase gift cards with the same payment options accepted by Gem Shopping for merchandise purchases.
  • Gift Cards become available for use upon payment clearance.
  • Gift Cards that are purchased do not have an expiration date.
  • Gift Cards that were received as a gift expire six (6) months after date they were issued by Gem Shopping.
  • There are no service fees required for use.
  • Additional monies may not be added to a Gift Card once purchased.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Card Holders must register as a Gem Shopping customer before card may be used.
  • Multiple cards may be used for single purchases.
  • Gift Cards may NOT be redeemed for cash.
  • All sales are final when purchased with a Gift Card. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Gift Cards may not be drop-shipped to other parties. The purchaser must take delivery.
