Mr. Circelli is known for his vast knowledge in the world of gemology and also, his lively, on-air antics. His genuine love and passion for colored gemstones spills over into our viewing audience and they get to enjoy, and often become addicted to, our one-of-a-kind show.

In his years as a gemstone wholesaler, Mr. Circelli traveled to different mines all over the earth, and often placed into dangerous situations, to find rough material to cut into fine gemstones. In 1984, he was trained by one of the best senior cutters in the U.S. His specialty has always been very rare colored stones and high quality pieces.

"Gemstones with Frank", was the first and original, colored gemstone shopping show in the world. It was created and launched by Mr. Circelli with another popular television shopping network. He began to burst with ideas for a new exciting shopping channel fully dedicated to the wonderful world of gemology. One thing he was certain of is that he wanted to have the network founded on three principles: Honesty, Integrity and Education.

After several trials with various products, personalities, and show themes, Mr. Circelli finally established a perfect blend of relationships with top notch jewelry manufacturers, gemstone cutters, and hosts who have poured their hearts and souls into helping Gem Shopping Network become the one true source of fine, exquisite jewelry and collectibles on television.

A defining fact that Frank takes a lot of pride in is that we are gemologists and jewelers who use television as our storefront; rather than a group of television professionals who choose to sell gemstones and jewelry... - there is a difference!
